When is the annual show?
Our annual show is always on Labor Day weekend. The 2012 dates are September 1-3.
Where is the show held?
Our permanent home is the U.P. State Fairgrounds located on U. S. Highway 2 & 41 in Escanaba, Michigan.
How much does admission to the show cost?
Admission is $5 per person. Children under 14 and Exhibitors are not charged an admission fee.
What are the show hours?
We’re open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Are the showgrounds handicapped accessible?
Yes, all of the show buildings are handicapped accessible. The showgrounds are nearly all flat and can be navigated easily.
What time is the tractor parade?
The parade begins at 1:00 p.m. daily.
Are dogs allowed on the showgrounds?
Yes. However, we do require that they be held on a leash and that owners pick up after their animals.
Do I have to stay for the whole weekend if I’m an exhibitor?
We’d love to have you for all three days but understand that it isn’t always feasible.
Is there a limit to how many exhibits I can enter?
Of course not! The more the merrier.
If I leave my exhibit at the showgrounds overnight, will it be safe?
We do our best to make sure the grounds are safe and secure. We’re happy to say that we’ve never had any trouble in the past.
Are tractors with steel lugs or cleats allowed on the showgrounds?
Yes! These tractors are welcome in the display area. However we ask that you refrain from driving them on paved roads.
